This program was made with compassion, experience, training, and a strong belief that in order to bring about lasting change in our children, the whole family unit must be involved in learning and adapting alongside our children.
Self-awareness is the pivotal component of intentional parenting.
This program teaches the principles and daily practices to empower you to:
The Cedar Ridge Parenting program was created by Beth Hillman, who attended and certified at The Life Coach School several years ago, igniting in her a passion and commitment to help parents become aware of how to influence their children for the better. Her own journey as a parent of 5 boys led her to become an Arbinger facilitator and parent coach at Wingate Wilderness Therapy Program. Her purpose is to now help you.
The Cedar Ridge Parent Program is a 12-week course with videos and homework as well as weekly LIVE coaching in small groups.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
INCLUDED WITH YOUR ENROLLMENT:
• 12 small-group coaching sessions with Coach Beth Hillman
Beth will help you see your own mind more clearly through weekly group coaching. You will be surprised at how helpful a group setting can be. You are NOT alone. Here is a safe place to discuss what’s happening with you and your child and gain a new perspective on how to process your circumstances. Each session is hosted on a Zoom video conferencing call.
• 12 Video modules with homework
Each lesson will teach you a new principle. Watch the video and do the homework to be prepared to engage in the LIVE weekly group session.
• Access to coaching session recordings
The coaching sessions will be recorded and shared behind a secure password for your future reference.
• Access to our private Facebook community
You’ll find support, helpful thoughts, and a place to interact with mentors and fellow parents who have been through the program. Ongoing education and help is available here.

I’M HERE TO HELP
Post your question here and I’ll be as responsive as I can.
I look forward to meeting you.
Q: How long do we have access to the whole program?
A: It’s actually super helpful to review this program over as soon as you finish. (Did I hear that right?) YES! That is why we grant you 1 entire year of access to the videos and homework so you can revisit and learn again. I always learn something different the second time I do anything, so that is why we think this is a great idea!
Q: How many people have access with my enrollment?
A: Both parents are invited to attend. If you would like to invite someone other than a parent to take the course choose someone who is a trusted influence in your teen’s life. Make sure to get their consent and commitment before you register them.
Q: About how many hours per week will this program take?
A: Give or take a few, about 2-3 hours per week.
Q: What happens if I cannot make the live coach call?
A: Your enrollment includes 12 group coaching sessions. If you are unable to attend you will still have access to review the recording. You are welcome to submit questions to Beth so she can address them on the next live call.
Q: How can our other children and immediate family members get involved?
A: They are welcome and encouraged to watch the videos and do the homework with you! We would LOVE for them to participate and really understand and implement the principles of the program.
Q. What if I need help outside the group session?
A: Just email me and I will do my best to reach you asap.
Q. What do I do if I miss the video and homework for the week?
A: Remember, each module builds on the next and your participation is very important for your individual benefit and also for the group as a whole. However, if you are not current on the videos or homework, please attend the group call anyway. We need you!
Q: What if my teen just starts hugging me randomly?
A: Hug them back. Lean in. Don’t ask. ; )
